Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 BUSINESS days via the shipping option you select. When FREE shipping is selected with a order of $50 or more, the shipping selection will be the most economical option.

US address orders: Please allow at least 5-7 days after shipping for your package to arrive. You will receive a tracking number for all shipments to follow their journey to you via the shipping vendor you choose.

International orders are shipped via USPS 1ST Class International mail or USPS Priority International. Please allow 6-9 days after shipping for your package to arrive. You will receive a customs number for all shipments to follow their journey to you via the shipping vendor used.

If for some reason the item you have ordered is 'Currently Out of Stock' but still went through checkout, you will receive an email within 1 to 2 business days notifying you of the products status.

Please realize that some items in high demand may take a few extra days. Also, check the listing description for any exceptions or anticipated delays in shipping your product.  Please note that orders are charged at the time they are placed on the website.

Cash on Delivery orders will have an additional charge on delivery for the USPS service to collect.  Ranging between $5.50 to $18.50 dependent on the amount they collect.

Return Policy

PumpkinSpice wants you to be happy with the products that you purchase from our Shop.  If you receive a product from us that is defective or you simply are not happy with the purchase, Please call or email us within 15 days of your ship date and we will discuss the situation and the available options.

If you find to be defective, we will replace the item or refer you directly to the manufacturer whom will take care of the problem.

If the return is due to an error we made we will make the corrections needed.

If it is simply an item you don't want, it will be your responsibility to return the item at your cost for a refund or exchange.  However,  please contact us prior to mailing your product back for an authorization number to include with your shipment to insure proper credit to your account.

Please note for non-defective merchandise there will be a 15% re-stocking fee unless otherwise specified.  The items must be returned in the original packaging unaltered and/or tampered with and in resalable condition.  All requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise.  Any and all damages not reported prior to requesting authorization for a return will be the purchaser's responsibility and may be subtracted from the total refund amount.  Please ship the authorized item(s) with proper packaging to ensure the integrity of the items enclosed.

Please include a copy of email correspondence regarding the authorization,  which should also include the original invoice number/eBay auction number and reason for return.   

Please understand that ShopPumpkinSpices's  return policy and process  is a little more rigid than the big discount stores. We work hard to offer and deliver quality products to our customers and hope that our customers will be fair and understanding in trying to resolve any problems with their order. If you are uncertain whether you really want a product, it may be in your best interest to purchase from a retail store with a more lenient return policy.
